Instructions for how to build the Perpetual Motion Holder were included in Ed Leedskalnin's 1945 publication Magnetic Current. Magnetic Current describes a variety of experiments which demonstrate various properties of magnetism. The experiments start off simple: the materials required include steel fishing line, a car battery, and small neodymium magnets of various shapes.
However, Leedskalnin goes on to instruct the reader to build a Perpetual Motion Holder, a much more difficult undertaking:
Bend iron or soft steel bar one half inch in diameter, bend in a U shape each prong a foot long, and three inches between the prongs,
make two spools from brass or aluminum six inches long and big enough for the bar to go in.
Wind fifteen hundred turns of insulated copper wire, size sixteen, on each spool.
Put on as close to the bend as it will go.
Given the difficulty of construction, Ed clearly thought the Perpetual Motion Holder was important.
He stated that it could function in four ways: "electric magnet, transformer, generator, and holder of perpetual motion."
Start with the PMH.
The Perpetual Motion Holder completely eliminates electrons as a valid model of electricity.
What Leedskalnin doesn't mention is that the Perpetual Motion Holder can also be used as an antenna. Morton Spears, the man who developed the capacitance theory of gravity, filed a 1966 patent titled "Loop Antenna Comprising Plural Helical Coils on Closed Magnetic Core." Here's a diagram of the antenna from the patent:
This is a PMH!
Was Spears influenced by Leedskalnin? The only difference between Morton's PMH and the Leedskalnin PMH is the number of turns in the coils: Leedskalnin coils had 1500 turns. Given Leedskalnin's interest in radio, it is very likely that Leedskalnin used the PMH as an antenna.
Leedskalnin writes in Magnetic Current:
As I said in the beginning, the North and South Pole magnets they are the cosmic force. They hold together this earth and everything on it, and they hold the moon together too. The moon's North end holds South Pole magnets the same as the earth's North end. The moon's South end holds North Pole magnets the same as the earth's South end. Those people who have been wondering why the moon does not come down all they have to do is to give the moon one-half of a turn so that the North end would be in the South side, and the South end in the North side, and then the moon would come down. At present the earth and moon have like magnet poles in the same sides so their own magnet poles keep them apart, but when the poles are reversed, then they will pull together. Here is a good tip to the rocket people. Make the rocket's head strong North Pole magnet, and the tail end strong South Pole magnet, and then lock on the moon's North end, then you will have better success.
North and South Pole magnets are not only holding together the earth and moon, but they are turning the earth around on its axis. Those magnets are coming form the sun are hitting their own kind of magnets which are circulating around the earth and they hit more on the East side than on the West side, and that is what makes the earth turn around. North and South Pole magnets make the lightning, in earth's North hemisphere the south Pole magnets are going up and the North Pole magnets are coming down in the same flash. The North Lights are cause by the North and South Pole magnets passing in concentrated streams, but the streams are not as much concentric as they are in the lightning. The radio waves are made by the North and South Pole magnets. Now about the magnet size. You know sunlight can go through glass, paper, and leaves, but it cannot go through wood, rock and iron, but the magnets can go through everything. This shows that each magnet is smaller than each particle of light.
We know the moon is capable of emitting radio waves, because we use it as a satellite. German scientists discovered moon-bounce radio in 1943:
After activating the Würzmann, I made the following observation: the 'perturbation' again appeared, had a duration of several impulses, and larger impulse strength than the strongest nearby targets. It didn't appear until about two seconds after switching on the transmitter and disappeared (pulsatingly) correspondingly later after switching it off. But the rest of the echo image appeared and disappeared at the instance of switching the transmitter on/off. The 'perturbation' only occurred when the antenna was aimed to the east, and it disappeared immediately upon a major change of direction, but reappeared only about two seconds after rotating back to the original direction. Apparently we had detected the rising moon behind the clouds with the equipment. I explained the gradual disappearance of the impulses by the reflecting body slowly moving out of the strongly focussed, horizontally aimed beam, as it rises above the horizon. Soon after this, the equipment was put into regular use, and I haven't heard about further observations.
Nikola Tesla claimed that he was able to pick up Martian radio signals from his Colorado Springs laboratory. Check out this article on Tesla's planetary radio signals.
I suspect that Leedskalnin used the Perpetual Motion Holder as an antenna to harness cosmic forces. In order to confirm this hypothesis, I believe it is necessary to decrypt Leedskalnin's A BOOK IN EVERY HOME, a feat that doesn't appear to have been accomplished publicly.
